潮州市索力德耐火廠，坐落于中國(guó)瓷都--潮州，是新高陶瓷窯爐具研究所屬下企業(yè)。
本廠技術(shù)力量雄厚，從事窯爐，窯具及耐火材料的研究及生產(chǎn)已有相當(dāng)歷史。上世紀(jì)八十年代，本廠采用國(guó)際
上先進(jìn)技術(shù)，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的實(shí)際，研究，設(shè)計(jì)并制造出第一臺(tái)純國(guó)產(chǎn)化石油氣梭式窯。隨這市場(chǎng)的需求和發(fā)
展，相繼研制出燃?xì)馑淼栏G，高級(jí)碳化硅板及陶瓷成型機(jī)，其中：高級(jí)碳化硅板于2001年被省科技廳認(rèn)為中國(guó)
高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品。2005年，本廠承擔(dān)市重點(diǎn)科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目“連續(xù)式節(jié)能燃?xì)飧G爐”，該項(xiàng)目重點(diǎn)突出三大特點(diǎn)：
高效節(jié)能，燒成率高，自動(dòng)化控制程度高。同時(shí)，“智能燃?xì)馑笫礁G”以功能全，性能優(yōu)，規(guī)模大在國(guó)內(nèi)達(dá)到
領(lǐng)先地位，實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字遠(yuǎn)程自動(dòng)化控制。另本廠研制成功并獲國(guó)家專(zhuān)利（專(zhuān)利號(hào) 2003201042032）的“陶瓷坯體
成型機(jī)”，受知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)，該產(chǎn)品使異型陶瓷坯體成型效果大大提高，模具壽命成倍提升，大大提高生產(chǎn)效
率，并節(jié)約大量成本。本廠以成為集窯爐，窯具，陶瓷機(jī)械研究和制造于一體的專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)
企業(yè)。

Chaozhou Solid Fire-resistant Factory, a subsidiary company under the New & High Ceramic kiln
Appliance Institution, locates in Chaozhou -- Ceramic Capital of China.
It's quite a long history for our factory to focus on research and production of kiln, kiln
appliance and fire-resistant material with powerful technology. In 80's of the last century, our
factory adopted internationally advanced technology to match the situation of domestic
enterprise, designed and developed the first homemade petrolic shuttle kiln. Further more, Our
factory developed the gas tunnel kiln, high-grade carborundum board and ceramic molding machine
successively with the demand and development of the market, in which high-grade carborundum board
was granted as the Chinese New & High Technology Product by Provincial Technology Department in
2001. And in 2005, we undertook for the Key Technology Conquered Program -- "Successive Energy-
saving Gas Kiln", which give prominence to three features: high-efficiency energy saving, high
product-fired rate, and high automatization degree. Meanwhile, our "Intellectual Gas Shuttle
Kiln" asserts its precedence at home by complete function, superior capability and big scale,
achieved automatization of digital remote control. Moreover, the Ceramic Body Molding Machine,
protected by intellectual property, was developed successfully by our factory and won the
national patent (Patent No.2003201042032). This product greatly improves the molding effect of
anomalous ceramic body and double increase the longevity of the mould, while enhancing the
producing efficiency and save lots of cost.
Our factory has become a professional enterprise that integrated with research and manufacture of
kiln, kiln appliance and ceramic machine.
